科研概况

二、消化病理生理研究组

主要研究方向:

本研究室曾出色地完成了国家自然科学基金课题、国家中医药管理局及省市等多种科研项目。重点研究一些危害人类的消化系统的常见病、多发病,具体内容如下:

1.中西医结合排石及溶石研究

本室围绕中医药对胆道系统的影响进行了较为系统的研究,对胆石症的中西医结合排石、溶石疗法药理作用、药效规律及治疗机理,从动物实验、临床药效研究到单味药、复方的对比筛选等提供大量切实的实验论据,推动了这一研究在国内的进展。并先后研制成二种灌注溶石药,一种口服溶石药,已经取得了较好的社会效益。

2.中西医结合防治急性重症胰腺炎的研究

本室历时十年,曾以问题多、难度大的急性出血坏死性胰腺炎为研究对象,围绕其发病规律、发病机理及其防治进行了系统性的实验研究,在发病学及实验治疗学等方面具有不少创新。

3.中西医结合防治肝纤维化的研究

近年来本室根据肝纤维化是慢性肝炎演变为肝硬化的重要环节,用防治结合观点探讨发病规律及其机制,采取有效措施,阻断疾病发生恶化。并围绕慢性化学性肝损伤、高脂血症、胆汁淤积等时肝脏的变化规律及中西药物的防治意义,进行了较为系统的实验研究,并已取得了可喜的苗头,可以预期通过这一课题的研究将有助于及时有效的阻止慢性肝病的发展。

4.增强肝细胞自噬水平逆转肝纤维化研究

肝纤维化是一个可逆过程。为了避免肝纤维化进展为不再可逆的肝硬化,人们做了大量尝试,但临床上并没有特别有效的药物。我们研究小组另辟蹊径,从脂类代谢角度出发,尝试以控制饮食或运动的方式提高肝细胞的自噬水平,以减轻脂肪变,控制甚至逆转肝纤维化,并以小VCP/p97相互作用蛋白(SVIP)调节自噬水平为突破口,解释自噬抑制肝纤维化的分子机制。
