陈杨，博士，副教授，现任大连医科大学生物技术专业硕士研究生导师，临床医学专业（“5+3”一体化）创新人才培养导师。
近年来主要从事病原微生物抗生素耐药及小RNA调控机制研究，在肺炎克雷伯菌β-内酰胺类抗生素及甘氨酰环素类抗生素耐药方面开展一系列工作，相关研究成果发表在Infection and Drug Resistance，Journal of Medical Microbiology，Microbial Drug Resistance和Journal of Antibiotics等抗生素及细菌感染学领域著名国际期刊上；先后主持国家自然科学基金项目1项（81401697），国家博士后基金面上项目1项（2015M571314），辽宁省科技厅项目2项（201501159，2019-MS-092）及大连市高层次人才创新创业项目1项（2017RQ120），参与国家自然科学基金及省、市级科技项目多项；在相关研究领域共发表中、英文科技论文30余篇，其中SCI收录15篇；担任《Microbial Drug Resistance》及《Infection and Drug Resistance》等国际刊物审稿人；参与编写人民卫生出版社著作《微生物耐药的基础与临床》（张凤民等主编）；申请实用新型专利1项；2016年获“大连市青年科技之星”称号，2017年入选“辽宁省百千万人才工程”支持计划。
